COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

Happy New Year to all our wonderful patients and clients! We wish you well-being for the upcoming year. In order to keep us all safe, we will be instituting a vaccine requirement if you wish to come into the waiting room with your cat. If you are not vaccinated but are currently a client, we will take your appointment but ask you to wait outside in your car. As always, we ask you to remain behind our blue line on the floor even if vaccinated and remain in our 2 designated bubble areas. If your child is unvaccinated, we ask that you please do not bring them with you to the clinic.
Although we are taking all safety precautions with our staff, the possibility of one of us catching Omicron still exists. If this does occur, we will follow all workplace safety guidelines. This can lead to a change in our availability and may limit the number of clients that we can see. Please call or email us for all prescription and food renewals. Please note that we are only supplying our current clients with cat food. Proper face masks are required at all times. Please remember that if we get ill, we will not be able to attend to the health and well-being of your beloved furry companion. So we thank you for your understanding and cooperation during these challenging times. We know how much our cats are a great source of comfort to us during this pandemic. We want to be able to keep serving you.
